These boots have been used on my 16hh TB's front feet only when riding out on pea gravel and have crossed a few roads this was 8 rides before hise feet became too small for the boots (i bought the boots before his feet stopped changing shape)
Whilst they fit they were brilliant they are just too loose now so they fall off.
One gaitor i have done some reinforcing stitching on it due to some wear (he overreached one day and clipped it) but the mend job is more than sufficient and the gaitors are also replacable should you want new ones. the velcro is fine and these have never been through water.
