The room has plenty of light, an ensuite bathroom, TV/DVD, a wardrove, a table and a double size bed.
House is only about 8 min walk to Beckenham Train Station with easy access to Albany High Way, William St and close to Carrousel Shopping Center.
5 mins drive to Carousel Westfield shopping centre and bus stops
8 mins walk to Beckenham Train station - To Perth City only 20 mins
15 mins drive to Curtin uni and Victoria Park
Note:
-We are looking for tidy and clean people
-Covered parking included
-2 weeks in advance + 2 weeks bond.
-Rent includes all bills (Electricity/Gas/Water/internet)
-2 weeks notice before leave
-This room offers full privacy.
